Well as that popular TV show says, "Winter is Coming." What if winter is already here? Sub-zero temperatures can catch anyone unaware and that can mean leaving you stranded waiting for a warm spell to rescue you. People who live in northern climates know that diesel fuel tends to have issues when it comes to colder temperatures. As the temperature drops, paraffin wax can crystalize in your fuel lines and clog up your fuel filter. Once it's done it can almost make it impossible to get your rig running again until your diesel fuel warms up. Hot Shot's Secret Diesel Winter Rescue is here to save the day and get your engine running again fast even when your filter is clogged and your tank is frozen solid.
How does it work? Diesel Winter Rescue contains a military-grade de-icer and lubricity additive that quickly re-liquifies gelled fuel and de-ices your whole fuel system. Made to safely work with all diesel engines whether marine, vehicle, construction, agriculture, RV, or Semi, Winter Rescue is for emergencies. Situations that rarely have a cell phone signal. If you plan on driving your pickup anywhere cold, keep a bottle handy and you'll thank us later.
TREATMENT:
-
To De-Ice Frozen Fuel Filters: If the fuel in your fuel tank(s) is liquid but your engine won’t start, remove the engine’s fuel filters and fill with a blend of 50% Diesel Winter Rescue & 50% diesel fuel. Wait a few minutes for the de-icer to begin working through the gelled fuel lines and filters & then start the engine. Allow the engine to fully warm up before continuing normal operations.
-
To Re-Liquify Gelled Fuel in Tanks: Add the entire contents (32 ounces) of Diesel Winter Rescue for every 40 gallons of fuel in the tank(s). Remove the engine’s fuel filters and fill with a mixture of 50% Diesel Winter Rescue & 50% diesel fuel. Reinstall the fuel filters and allow a few minutes for the de-icer to begin breaking down the gelled diesel fuel. Then start the engine and let it idle to warm up the fuel system. Allow the engine to fully warm up before continuing normal operations.
