So, you installed head studs on your 12 Valve 5.9L Cummins, you are just about done with the install and you find out your valve covers don't fit! When installing head studs on 12 valve trucks, the driver side stud will be too tall to allow for proper clearance of the valve cover. The proper way to fix this is to have the rocker pedestals machined. This machining allows you to install head studs without running into issues when installing the valve covers. Thankfully, Industrial Injection has the part for you. These pre machined pedestals replace your original pedestals and will allow you to install head studs with ease. Available as a remanufactured unit or brand new, these individually sold pedestals are a necessity when installing head studs. Sold individually, quantity 6 are needed for a complete set.

Industrial Injection received its name from servicing construction, agricultural, and mining equipment, as well as over the road truck engines. It was primarily an agricultural and industrial fuel shop. However, when Ford, Dodge and GM decided to power pickup trucks with diesel engines, Industrial Injection was forever changed.
