Well, you've come to the right spot! KC Turbos are very well known for their line of KC300x drop-in turbos and this one is no exception. Unlike many other upgrades on the market, this is a drop-in upgrade that will deliver a huge increase in airflow, resulting in a better and broader powerband, lower exhaust gas temperatures, and great spool-up characteristics. This is a journal bearing turbo with a Borg Warner 300SX-E style turbine wheel, but modified to fit inside a drop in ready Powerstroke turbo. Especially for an easy to install upgrade, you'll be impressed at how well it runs! KC Turbos has torture tested it for longevity, proven its capability on the dyno and even at the race track. The 1.0 A/R housing is the best option for the more performance enthusiast as its intended to cool your EGT's above 3000 RPM's, where as the 0.84 A/R housing is best sutied for daily drivers or dedicated tow rigs to provide a quicker spool and cooled EGT's below 3000 RPM's.
