Description
The Garrett GTP38R is one the most popular turbo upgrades for the 7.3L Powerstroke. With the 38R being a ball bearing turbo, there is really no rebuilding options for that charger on the market. You were just forced to buy a completely new turbo, until now. The KC Upgraded 38R Replacement Center Section will allow you to replace your worn out original Garrett ball bearing center section with an easily rebuildable journal bearing design.
This center section from KC features an upgraded 300x turbine wheel and a KC billet compressor wheel. This center section will offer quicker spool up times, more boost, and added horsepower and torque all while being something you can rebuild at home.
