Issues with your air conditioning in your Ram 6.7L Cummins 2500/3500 or 1500 Ecodiesel can stem from a few different areas. One of the most common failure points is the HVAC door actuator. This actuator controls the temperature of your air conditioning system. A faulty actuator will not direct air properly causing your heater or a/c to not function properly. This is a direct Mopar replacement part and installs using the factory hardware. For trucks with a single zone system you will need 4 of these actuators to rebuild the complete box. In the Dual Zone, you will need 5 actuators. Trucks with rear vents are just additional ductwork. There are no extra actuators.
