055 Delivery Valves are the cleanest-burning option, ideal for daily drivers and tow rigs looking to keep EGTs low without sacrificing extra performance. These flow up to 35cc more than stock, which can translate to around 50 hp gains, enough to wake the truck up without filling the mirror with smoke.

025 Delivery Valves strike a perfect balance between power and driveability. Flowing up to 65cc over stock, they can add about 100 hp while still maintaining reasonable EGTs. These are a solid option for street driven builds or towing setups that want more grunt without going overboard.

7mm Delivery Valves are for those chasing max power on the street. These flow 90cc more than stock and can net up to 135 hp gains. Throttle response is sharp, and the power is there when you need it, but be ready to manage the heat and smoke.
Whether you're building for towing, street performance, or all-out power, matching the right delivery valve with your injectors and pump setup is key. For tighter EGT control and efficiency, pair smaller delivery valves with larger injectors. For throttle-happy fun on a budget, large delivery valves can give you a lot of performance without the high price tag of injectors.
