Where your main cap bolts go, so too goes your engine. If stretching or breaking happens you lose crankshaft alignment and proper seals at the caps. Protect your engine and install PPE's Main Stud Kit. Built out of premium chrome-moly alloy these studs have over 215,000 psi yield strength and over 230,000 psi tenstile strength. How does it do this? Each stud is heat treated before centerless ground and thread rolled so stress is evenly distributed and thus higher fatigue resistance. To top it off, each stud gets a black oxide finish to look cool on top of resisting corrosion and an assembly lubricant packet for uniform load distribution. Whether you are hauling bales of hay or pulling sleds, if you're using your Powerstroke to its fullest extent get these in your engine now!
