The RevMax Towing HD Valve Body for 96-07 Dodge/Ram 5.9L Cummins trucks with either 47RE or 48RE, is engineered for unmatched strength, power, and performance. Designed to tackle heavy-duty towing and extreme driving conditions, this valve body offers full line pressure in all forward gears, ensuring maximum power and durability under load.For the 1996-1998 models, the valve body delivers precise shifting, enhanced performance, and increased transmission longevity. For the 1998.5-2003 models, it includes high-performance upgrades, such as increased torque converter lockup pressure and custom spring assemblies, boosting power transfer and reducing temperatures. For 2003-2007 models, the valve body is built with modified fluid passages, up to 225 PSI line pressure, and 2nd gear lockup capability, maximizing efficiency and strength. Each valve body undergoes a rigorous, multi-step process including disassembly, cleaning, and computerized testing to ensure flawless performance. With proprietary enhancements and custom high-performance components, this valve body guarantees superior shifting, reduced temperatures, and greater durability, making it ideal for modified or stock engines. NOTE: If your model year is 2004, make sure to check to see if your Valve body utilizes a mechanical cable or a Transmission Throttle Valve Actuator (TTVA). If it uses a TTVA, make sure you choose that version.
