Ford has done a decent job implenting their steering for the 2005+ Ford SuperDuty's. Like any OE part, they don't last forever and aren't made for the most extreme situations/use. That paired with the fact that some of the trucks running this design are getting up there in miles, they're naturally due for service and replacement. Whether you're looking for a replacement and/or an upgrade to your Ford steering, Synergy Manufacturing has put together a heavy duty, completely serviceable, bolt-on steering linkage setup!
This kit was designed with the end user in mind. The tie rod and drag link will bolt directly into the stock location for an immediate upgrade in steering feel and strength. There are no wheel size requirements; factory wheels and tires are 100% compatible! The tie rod is made from heat treated 1.75" 4130 chromoly for maximum strength. The drag link is made from 1.5" 1026 DOM USA made steel tubing and is machined to retain the stock steering stabilizer. You will not find a stronger, better performing steering kit on the market!
