Description
Your starter bolts in your 5.9L Cummins go through a lot of abuse. Not only are they exposed to the elements, they are responsible for holding your 25lb starter in place. We have seen starter bolts become loose or even break from engine vibrations. That can lead to your starter not being able to line up properly to your flywheel or flexplate not allowing you to start your engine. Replace your failed starter bolts in your 5.9L Cummins with the XDP Black Phosphate Starter Bolt Kit. These bolts feature a corrosion resistant finish and are a direct replacement for the factory bolts.
NOTE: Will not fit with starter spacer.
