The stock turbo on the 6.0L Powerstroke is one of the failure points on these trucks. The majority of the failures are derived from a sticky glide plate that soot can accumulate onto, which leads to the vanes sticking. We offer these directly OE replacement turbos for your 6.0L that feature all of the upgrades Garrett has superseded to, in order to save you future down time and money from further repairs.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
  • One Year Warranty
  • Includes Gasket Kit
FITMENT NOTES:
  • 2003-2004 with build dates BEFORE 08/29/03 are going to use a "2003" style turbo, including the early 2004 model year trucks.
  • If you are unsure about what turbo you have and do not know how to tell please call. Due to the amount of engine replacements early on in the 6.0 life cycle you can end up with a 03/04 truck with a 04.5-05 engine due to parts availability.
