Many times, a dirty or sticking actuator can replicate issues that would traditionally point towards a bad cartridge or sticking vanes on your variable vane turbo. This Rotomaster is a direct replacement solenoid for all 6.0L Powerstrokes as well as 2004.5-2016 Duramax's and could be the simple fix to your poor turbo response.
