Take your GM to new heights with this complete kit from Zone! If quality and performance is what you demand, then you've come to the right place! This Zone Offroad suspension lift kit system fits 2001-06 Chevrolet/GMC 1500 HD pickup trucks, 2500 Suburban-Yukon XL-Avalanche 2001-10 2500 HD-3500 pickup trucks and is engineered to withstand the trail as well as make a great daily driver. The one piece main crossmembers in combination with the CNC machined steering knuckles create OE style geometry for the ride you demand. The differential skid plate and the compression struts offer off-road protection for the serious trails.Shock Options - We offer this kit with several shock options: No Shocks: If you'd rather supply your own shocks, no problem, we give you this option. Nitro Series Shocks: Zone Nitro Series shock absorber offers stock-like control and performance with fully displaced valving for improved compression and extension travel. This vehicle specific valving is pressurized with 50 psi nitrogen gas; this gas charge ensures split second response and reduced aeration. Combine these features with the special Fluon-banded piston and this shock is built to perform! Fox Adventure Series Shocks: Built specifically to compliment your Zone lift kit, FOX's proven damping technology provides a comfortable on-road ride and predictable off-road handling in a variety of conditions. Their monotube design uses an internal floating piston (IFP) to separate the shock oil from the high-pressure, nitrogen-charged gas chamber, preventing oil aeration for fade-free performance in rough terrain.

Important Notes
  • Torsion bar unloading/loading tool required.
  • To reduce trimming on new body style HD's 20" wheel with 5 3/4" backspacing recommended.
  • Gas models required minor exhaust modification to clear front driveshaft.
  • Also fits Avalanche/Suburban 2500 models.
  • Minor welding required.
  • Frame bracket and differential mount modifications required.
  • Vehicles equipped with a two piece drive shaft and a carrier bearing require bearing drop kit (C5612).
