Q: Is it easy to access tracking information for my order?
A: Absolutely! In most cases you will be sent a tracking # the same day that you place your order. If you place your order late in the day (after 3pm PST) or the product has to be drop shipped from the manufacturer you may receive your tracking number the next day. If you haven't received it by the end of the next day give us a call and we will get it for you.
Q: Is it easy to return a product to Diesel Power Products?
A: Sure is! All you need to do is contact us BEFORE sending your parts back. We want to make sure that we can get you credited promptly. It's a lot easier to do if we can make sure to log the return into our system.
General Statement About Installation of Products from Diesel Power Products:
If you do not have mechanic and or electronics knowledge, please do not attempt to install any parts. Please take the part to a reputable shop to be installed. Many of the components must also be modified, such as exhaust systems that must be cut to length depending on cab and box configuration, so please ensure you have the mechanical aptitude to conquer the task at hand.
