99.5-03 7.3L Ford PowerStroke

These larger exhaust housings from Garrett are a direct bolt-on replacement for the stock 0.84 A/R housings used on 99.5-03 7.3L Ford PowerStroke engines. The larger housing provides significant EGT reduction under heavy towing conditions without noticeable increase in turbo lag *. Combine with an improved compressor wheel for even better results.

Choose from the options below. Non-wastegated version REQUIRES an adapter at an additional cost. Scroll through the pictures above for a picture of the adapter flange.

*NOTE: This can depend on your injectors and programming. There will be a noticeable lag with the 1.15 A/R on a stock truck. On a modified truck the 1.15 can show a significant decrease in EGT's and the lag would be minimal. See our Casserly Modified Injector options under fuel related.
