Unfortunately, for the 2004-2005 Cummins trucks, Dodge decided to remove the option for overdrive lockout, as the previous and later model trucks came from the factory with. Fortunately, ATS has developed this simple kit that will allow for overdrive lockout.

Works but had issues
I ended up with 3 switches that did not have a working LED light. I noticed that they were sending me switches rated for 120 volts AC. The 4th one was rated for the 12 volts I needed. I guess 4th time is a charm.
2 QUESTIONS
How does this hook up to the truck??
