Cam plates, or fuel plates, are an effective method to increase fueling to your 12 valve in order to improve the overall performance by controlling the rack travel of the pump itself. Different cam plates on various pumps will delivery varying horsepower levels. Please see the chart below for further information to help determine which plate is right for you.
