As the name implies, you can increase your cetane level by eight points over what simple fuel from the pump offers, which is still roughly three points over the "old" LSD fuel.  We've noticed slightly better performance and smoother engine operation since running the FPPF product.  Put it this way, without this additive in your fuel, it's the equivalent of running 87 octane in a Shelby GT.
