With the addition of most programmers, you will see increased rail pressure. Unfortunately, the factory relief valve in the rail will prematurely relieve much of this pressure, not allowing it to reach the injectors, thus robbing you of horsepower. This simple shim kit allows for higher rail pressure before it is relieved.
