A gang of diesel fuel thieves were arrested Thursday night after being chased down Odhav Ring Road in Odhav, Ahmedabad.
The 20 minute chase ended in the arrests of 5 gang members and seizure of 665 stolen liters of diesel fuel. The fuel was in 19 of the 38 drums discovered at the scene.
The gang was known to target diesel trucks parked at hotels close to main highways, which they were doing Thursday evening.
