A 360* thrust bearing in a Borg Warner turbocharger refers to a design where the thrust bearing completely encircles the center housing, allowing the thrust load to be distributed evenly in all directions of the shaft. The choice between cast and billet materials for compressor wheels hinge on various factors, with neither being inherently superior. 

Each has its own advantages and disadvantages. Cast wheels are cost-effective to the effiiency of the casting process, making them more affordable and suitable for mass production.
