Bolted right up, doesn't come with the prong for the hanger though, will need to get creative.

I don't follow your question, this downpipe will a 4"" hx40 flange and 4"" piping.

So does this adapter bolt right up to the hx35 with the v clamp ??
It would not be compatible with the HX35 no. This as noted is a HX40 flanged downpipe. -AW.
