DIESEL PROS You may not have heard about Diesel Pros but you will! Bill Fletcher has had his hands in some of the fastest diesel trucks in the country. Diesel Pros does everything from custom cams to full performance motor builds. Known for his work with 12 Valve Cummins and P-pumps Bill has now stepped full bore into the Common Rail performance arena as well. After a head gasket failure (with studs) we took our shop truck to Bill. He determined that the block was actually out 12 thousandths from the factory. Get lemons, make lemonade right? Bill ended up doing a full motor build that included porting and polishing the head, shimming the valves, his Killer B cam, balancing the crank and some other secret Fletcher voodoo magic that we aren't allowed to talk about! The cam was the single biggest improvement in performance of anything else that we have done to the truck. The turbos light immediatley and the truck is incredibly smooth and responsive. Bill holds the street-legal diesel record with a 9.92-second ET at 139.80 mph. Pretty impressive for a 5,200lb truck! WITHOUT NITROUS!
