1999-2003 7.3L Ford Powerstroke Stock and Performance Replacement Turbos

For the 94-97 Ford Powerstrokes we offer stock re-placement turbos with the large 1.10 A/R exhaust housing as well as stock turbos with either 1.00 A/R exhaust housings or even .84 A/R exhaust housings. The smaller the housing the faster the turbo will spool up. You have to be careful if you are running larger injectors with programmers as a smaller exhaust housing can result in higher exhaust gas termpertures (egt’s). Of course all turbos for the 94-97 Ford Powerstroke ship with the wicked wheel installed.
For the 99.5-03 trucks we offer the GTP38R Garrett PowerMax Ballbearing Turbo. The PowerMax turbos are new and ship complete from Garrett with ported shroud intake housing, 1.0 A/R exhaust housing, 88 mm compressor wheel and the unparalleled spool up that you can only get from a ballbearing turbo.
If you would rather opt for a rebuildable turbo for your 99-03 7.3L Ford Powerstroke we can offer several options from a stock replacement GTP38 to a variety of options using the stock GTP38 as a platform. We offer options such as larger 1.0 A/R and 1.15 A/R exhaust housing both wastegated and non-wastegated, BD wastegate actuator upgrades ( also known as turbo boost controllers), ATS ported shroud intake housings, larger compressor wheels and of course all turbos ship with the wicked wheel installed. For owners of 03-07 6.0L Powerstroke Turbo Diesel owners we offer stock replacement turbos as well as the 6.0L Turbo Thruster kit made by BD Diesel Performance. The 6.0L Turbo Thruster kit is built around BD’s famous Super B S300 turbo with extended tip compressor wheel technology and is the most effective and inexpensive aftermarket option available for the 6.0L. The BD Turbo Thruster kit does away with the 6.0L’s annoying turbo lag. The BD Turbo Thruster kit is capable of supporting over 500 rear wheel horsepower and ships with an electronic boost fooler to disable the factory ecm connection to the stock variable vane turbo. This kit requires no other electronic input like some of the other 6.0L performance turbos. The kit for the 6.0L Turbo Thruster also includes the new BD X-Flow intake elbow to facilitate air-flow into the intake manifold.
All of our turbos with the exception of the BD 6.0L Turbo Thruster and the BD 7.3L Turbo Thruster kit require a $200 Core Deposit. Your core credit will be returned promptly upon receipt of your old turbo.
