The Wilson Thrasher Manifold could be the best intake manifold set-up on the market for the 03-07 5.9L Dodge Cummins. Unlike most of the other intake manifolds on the market that replace just the cast elbow portion, the Wilson Manifold actually comes with a built-in grid heater delete and a modified plenum cover. The plenum cover is modified to force air towards the last two cylinders which is a problem point for the 03-07 5.9L's. They have a prominant problem with melting #5 and #6 cylinders.

The other benefits of the Wilson Manifold include:

Better horsepower and torque, especially when cruising between 1700-2250 rpm (rpm's depend on gearing and tire size)
Increase fuel economy
Lower exhaust gas temperatures
Less smoke
Improved driveability and less turbo lag

I just installed my Wilson Thrasher intake manifold. You guys were right. This thing rocks! My egts are lower and my throttle response is better. I'll report back later on the mileage gains if any.
